Our Aims

 

The AOA exists to represent and progress the aspirations and concerns of owners of properties at The Anchor Development, Granton Harbour, Edinburgh.

 

Our Aims are:

​

• To allow owners and residents to work together to ensure the development is maintained to a high standard.

​

• To allow owners to work with the Factor in the management of the development.

​

• To ensure the Factor is accountable to the owners and acting in the best interests of the development, in accordance with section 6 of The Deed of Conditions.
